These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AIQuotes Pro, including the website, quote generator, and related content. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

AIQuotes Pro provides an AI-assisted tool for generating original wording and educational or editorial content about quotes and writing. Features, limits, availability, and supported use cases may change at any time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent generated text as an authenticated quotation, or create harmful, deceptive, harassing, or exploitative content. You may not attempt to extract credentials, interfere with infrastructure, or resell access to the service without written permission.

4. Your inputs and generated output

You are responsible for the topics, instructions, and other material you submit, including having the necessary rights to use them. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and adapt generated output for personal or commercial purposes.

AI output may be inaccurate, generic, incomplete, or similar to existing material. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. Do not add a real person's name to generated wording unless a reliable source confirms that the person actually said it. We do not guarantee that output is unique, non-infringing, suitable for a particular purpose, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, software, and original editorial content are owned by or licensed to AIQuotes Pro and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy the website, extract its content at scale, use its branding, or create a misleadingly similar service.

6. Third-party services and links

The service relies on third-party hosting, analytics, and AI providers and may link to external websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

7. No professional advice

Generated output and editorial content are provided for general creative and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions in those areas.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIQuotes Pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AIQuotes Pro and its operators against claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.
