2. Information we process

We may process the topic, use case, tone, length, and rewrite instructions you submit to generate a quote. Please do not enter confidential information, account credentials, health information, financial information, or personal data about another person.

Our hosting and security systems may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. Your IP address is also used temporarily to enforce usage limits and reduce abuse.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.

3. How we use information

• To generate and return requested quotes.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent spam, fraud, or misuse.
• To understand aggregate website usage and content performance.

4. AI processing

Quote prompts and related settings are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider so the requested text can be generated. That provider may process information on infrastructure outside your country or region under its own contractual and privacy terms. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information in a prompt.

AIQuotes Pro does not currently provide user accounts or a server-side history of your generated quote library. Quotes saved in the on-page library may be stored locally in your browser and can be removed by clearing your browser storage.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Google may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, device or browser information, and cookie or similar identifiers. 6. Service providers and disclosure

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, AI generation, and communications, only as reasonably necessary to provide those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information or use contact information for unrelated direct marketing.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to service-provider logs, security needs, and legal requirements. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information.

8. International processing

Our service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than your own. Their privacy laws may differ from those where you live. By using the service, you understand that this cross-border processing may occur.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because we do not offer accounts, we may hold little information that can be linked back to you.
